Q: How do I track my product order?

A: Follow the link in the email you receive when your order ships. You can also write an email to service@abalata.com

You’ll receive some email like these:

  • Order Confirmed:This means we've received your order, and we're getting your product or products ready to ship.
  • A shipment from order…… is on the way:Your order is on its way.
  • A shipment from order ……. is out for delivery:Your order is out for delivery
  • A shipment from order ….. has been delivered: Your order has arrived at its destination.

 

Processing and Delivery Times

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: You will receive an email notification, including a tracking button you can use to check the progress of your shipment. If you have additional questions, please write an email to service@abalata.com

 

Q: What are the general expected dates for deliveries?

A: Your expected delivery date is an estimate based on processing time, your shipping destination, and the time you are placing your order. It is not guaranteed, and the actual delivery date may be different. Please make sure all delivery information is correct. If there is an incorrect or missing information, that could delay the delivery of your order. Delays can also occur as a result of customs clearance, fill in your address with all the details, otherwise you will not be able to receive your orders on time.

Estimated delivery times (after processing time):

15-30 business days* by international logistics.

*Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Q: Why all this time?

A: Maybe you didn't know it, but quick deliveries produce a very high environmental impact!!!

Does it therefore make sense to receive the goods quickly if this entails a deterioration in the health of our (already fragile) planet? Just to satisfy the desire, to immediately receive the goods purchased at the expense of the environment and future generations?

We think NO! Therefore respectful of the environment in which we live we have decided to follow slower and therefore less polluting shipping methods*. Thank you very much for your patience.

To give a tangible signal of our thanks to your patience, all our shipments are free!!!

* A MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) research (https://dspace.mit.edu/bitstream/handle/1721.1/121313/Alvarado_Liu_2019.pdf?sequence=1&isAllowed=y) has assessed the ecological footprint of fast shipments, translating the CO2 emission generated by them into the equivalent of trees needed to absorb the carbon dioxide produced in addition.

Well, the values range from 20 to 300 trees per delivery, and faster the shipments are, more trees are needed to compensate. Therefore, is it worth waiting just 30 days?

 

Q: What is the difference between processing time and delivery time?

A: Processing time is the time from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the fulfillment center. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days and will be shipped the day after the processing day.

Delivery time is from when the product leaves the fulfillment center to when it arrives at its destination.

 

Q: When are orders delivered?

A: Orders are delivered Monday through Friday. Delivery is not available on Sundays.

 

Q: Can I change the shipment address?

A: The best time to do this is before you place an order. Due to automated processing, we are unable to alter any information on an online store order after it has been submitted. If you've already submitted your order, please write an email to service@abalata.com
